- Customers have the right to cancel their order within 10 days of the delivery date.
- The cancellation period expires 10 days after the day of delivery.
- To cancel an order, customers must provide a clear statement via email.
- Once we receive your return request, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label. We will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Items must be returned with prior request for return; otherwise, they may not be accepted.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we will inform you of the approval status of the refund.
- A 20% Restocking fee will be applied on all returns.
- If the return is approved, In-store credits will be automatically added to your account and you will be notified via email.

Right to cancel the order
You have the right to cancel your order within 10 days. The cancellation period will expire after 10 days from the day of delivery. To exercise the right to cancel you must inform us of your decision to cancel the order by a clear statement (by email).
Our 10-day Return Policy

If you’ve changed your mind about a product, you can return it within 10 days. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

We will bear the return shipping cost. Items returned without a prior request for return will not be accepted.
If the product is faulty/damaged?

Please review your order upon receiving and if the item is defective or damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue. To return those items, contact us on info@rugnation.ca
If the wrong product is shipped to the customer?

If you receive a product that is not the one you have ordered. We will send you a prepaid shipping label to send that product back to us. Return shipping charges would be covered by us.
